RP house, Oeiras Golfe

The RP house is situated on a plot measuring 1,578.65 sqm, located at Oeiras Golfe, Portugal.

The architectural composition features orthogonal forms with simple plans and flowing lines, enhanced by the texture provided by the materials used. The current construction solutions reinforce the design concept, ensuring easy maintenance and durability.

The T4 typology project draws inspiration from the Modern Movement, characterized by pure lines, functionality, wide window openings, and white surfaces made up of solids of revolution. The large glazed surfaces and shading flaps on the roofs are distinctive features.

The architecture is situated on the ground with an L-shaped design to offer protection to the leisure areas, such as the swimming pool, from prevailing winds from the north and to provide increased thermal and acoustic comfort.
