The project consists of a single-family house of T4 typology, built on a sloped plot in Leceia, Oeiras, with two main floors and a partially buried basement level (floor -1). The architecture is developed in terraces to better adapt to the topography, minimising earth movement.
The garage is located on floor -1, with direct access from the street. The interior layout considers solar orientation, functionally distributing the social and private areas: the lower floor provides access to the entrance hall, staircase, and lift; the first floor houses the private area with 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 2 bedrooms sharing a common balcony); and the second floor contains the social area (living room, kitchen, dining room), all connected to exterior spaces such as a balcony, deck, and swimming pool.
The house includes terraced planters that function both as retaining walls and landscaping elements. The roof will initially serve a technical function but is prepared for future use as a leisure area.
The choice of materials and colours aims for harmony with the surroundings, with particular emphasis on white tones and varnished exotic wood. The east-facing outdoor area features a garden, deck, and a swimming pool finished in travertine stone.
