Marisol House

The house in Marisol, originally built in the 1980s and of modest architectural significance, underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation both inside and out. The plot, with a total area of 1,000 m², contained a building over thirty years old, consisting of a basement and ground floor, with a Gross Construction Area of 136.25 m².

The renovation and extension project, which included the addition of a new floor, reconfigured the rear area of the plot to incorporate a swimming pool and paved patio. At the same time, significant improvements were made to the living spaces, with a complete redefinition of the interiors — both in architectural design and functional layout.

Originally featuring a traditional gabled tile roof, the house was transformed to include two floors and a flat roof, complemented by the modernization of the façades and the addition of a new staircase providing access from the street front.
