START OF CONSTRUCTION OF TREBEL VILLA
Construction just began this week on the Trebel villa, located next to the Aroeira resort, on a plot of 5,232.00 sqm, with an implantation area of 323.09 sqm and a construction area of 372.21 sqm, distributed over 2 floors to the north and 1st floor to the south. A large basement will be built for a garage, multiuse room, cinema, laundry and storage.

The architectural space will be characterised by modern architecture, with orthogonal geometric lines and a prominent wooden structure on the main elevation that will house a winter garden at the main entrance to the house, located in the north direction. This residence will offer its residents a living environment geared towards both indoor and outdoor use. From any interior space on the ground floor, it is possible to access the outside directly, especially to a patio with a large paved area, where four flower beds containing small olive trees stand out. In this outdoor space there will also be an extensive swimming pool area covered with a paving deck, a jacuzzi and a leisure area, with a lowered pavement area covered by a bioclimatic pergola.
