START OF CONSTRUCTION OF TREBEL VILLA

Construction just began this week on the Trebel villa, located next to the Aroeira resort, on a plot of 5,232.00 sqm, with an implantation area of 323.09 sqm and a construction area of 372.21 sqm, distributed over 2 floors to the north and 1st floor to the south. A large basement will be built for a garage, multiuse room, cinema, laundry and storage.

The architectural space will be characterised by modern architecture, with orthogonal geometric lines and a prominent wooden structure on the main elevation that will house a winter garden at the main entrance to the house, located in the north direction. This residence will offer its residents a living environment geared towards both indoor and outdoor use. From any interior space on the ground floor, it is possible to access the outside directly, especially to a patio with a large paved area, where four flower beds containing small olive trees stand out. In this outdoor space there will also be an extensive swimming pool area covered with a paving deck, a jacuzzi and a leisure area, with a lowered pavement area covered by a bioclimatic pergola.

The Trebel villa will be an example of perfect harmony between the outdoor space and the surrounding nature. The highlight is the magnificent landscaping that has been designed, cleverly combining paved surfaces with the presence of a variety of predominantly Mediterranean tree and shrub species that consume little water. A notable example will be the use of the Garrigue, a plant formation made up of small, widely spaced shrubs.

In addition to the species already present on site, such as the pine tree, the Trebel villa’s garden will feature a special selection of plants. These include Boxwood, Carrasco, Rosemary, Lavender and Thymus. These species exude a pleasant aroma and add a Mediterranean touch to the garden, providing a charming and relaxing setting.

The choice of these low-water consumption plants not only contributes to the sustainability of the environment, but also allows the Trebel villa to become self-sufficient in terms of irrigation. In addition, the diversity of species will promote the presence of a varied fauna, providing a rich and balanced natural environment.

The integration of the paved surfaces with the green areas will create an interesting visual contrast, making the Trebel villa even more attractive. The landscape project is designed to provide a pleasant and welcoming environment in which residents can relax outside.

In short, the Trebel villa will impress with its perfect harmony with the outside space, emphasised by the landscaping that will combine paved surfaces with a variety of tree and shrub species, especially Mediterranean ones that consume little water. The result will be a charming garden, where the main species, such as Garrigue, Boxwood, Rosemary, Lavender and Thymus, will offer not only an attractive environment, but also a sustainable and inviting place to enjoy nature.
