The Oeiras Golfe 117 villa, located on a 1,578.65 sqm plot in Casal de Cabanas, Barcarena, Oeiras, was designed to blend harmoniously with the Oeiras Golfe & Residence development, respecting local regulations regarding morphology, volume, and dominant alignments.
With a T4 layout, the project is inspired by Modern Movement architecture, combining orthogonal lines and white surfaces with large glass openings and shading canopies, creating a modern and functional aesthetic. The structure is arranged in two perpendicular volumes in an L-shape, optimized for solar orientation and to shield the leisure areas from the prevailing northern winds.
On the ground floor, the social area includes two south-facing living rooms, an east-facing kitchen, a dining room, and a west-facing terrace with a barbecue, all with direct access to the garden and outdoor pool through sliding glass doors.
The upper floor features a corridor leading to the four suites, including the master suite facing south/east with a private balcony, and the other three suites facing south/west, with a shared balcony equipped with shading canopies.
The interior design was developed with a focus on thermal and acoustic comfort, combining white surfaces with walnut wood finishes. The villa integrates subtly into the surrounding landscape, enhancing the harmony between architecture and nature.
