Oeiras Golfe 117 villa

The Oeiras Golfe 117 Villa, located on a plot of 1,578.65 sqm in Casal de Cabanas, Barcarena, Oeiras, was designed to harmoniously integrate into the Oeiras Golfe & Residence urbanization, respecting local regulations regarding morphology, volumetrics, and dominant alignments.

With a T4 typology, the project draws inspiration from Modern Movement architecture, combining orthogonal lines and white surfaces with large glass openings and shading canopies, creating a modern and functional aesthetic. The structure is distributed in two perpendicular volumes, in an L shape, optimized for solar orientation and to protect leisure spaces from dominant winds from the north.

On the ground floor, the social area includes two south-facing living rooms, an east-facing kitchen, a dining room, and a west-facing terrace with a barbecue, all with direct access to the garden and outdoor pool through sliding windows.

The upper floor features a corridor leading to the four suites, including the south/east-facing master suite with a private balcony, and the other three suites facing south/west, with a common balcony equipped with shading canopies.

The interior design was developed with a focus on thermal and acoustic comfort, combining white surfaces with walnut wood finishes.

The residence discreetly integrates into the surrounding landscape, enhancing the harmony between architecture and nature.
