Beginning of the construction of the hidden house

The building develops in a descending way, becoming practically imperceptible from the street.

The foundation slab was completed at the beginning of November, followed by the construction of the reinforced concrete walls of the basement.

The construction of the first-floor slab was completed at the end of November, with the relationship between the threshold level and the level of the public access road to the house being visible, approximately 3 meters above.

The construction of the pillars to support the roof slab began in December and is scheduled to be completed in January 2025.

Access to housing will be through the roof slab, which will be completely landscaped, following the natural slope of the terrain and access to the public road. This slab will be aligned with the level of the public road access to the dwelling.

The fusion between vegetation and architecture is present in all outdoor spaces, to provide a unique feeling of tranquility and well-being. The leisure area, surrounded by vegetation, will enhance the experience of immersion in nature.
