North Elevation

We present a new contemporary project for a single-family home in the Loures area, designed to blend comfort with functionality. This residence, featuring four bedrooms, is organized over two floors as follows: On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen merges with the living room, creating a spacious and fluid area with abundant natural light. This floor also includes an accessible bedroom that can be used as an office with independent exterior access, a bathroom, and a laundry room located on the west façade.

West Elevation

On the upper floor, the master suite, oriented to the south, benefits from abundant natural light with two large openings, while a second suite to the west offers privileged views over the Trancão River and the Tagus River. To the north, there is a bedroom with access to a north-facing balcony, complemented by a bathroom to the east.

South Elevation

The exterior features a south-facing pool, framed by an adjoining green area, ideal for leisure moments. The architecture displays simple, modern lines, with large openings in the living room that enhance the integration between indoors and outdoors. On the upper floor, both suites have access to a continuous balcony that spans the south and west façades, providing a sense of openness and connection with the surroundings. The east façade, due to its proximity to the neighboring building, will be fully clad in a steel mesh, functioning as a second “skin” for the structure.
