HOUSING RP OEIRAS GOLF UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The RP house under construction on number 75 at Oeiras Golfe is progressing quickly and the structure is practically completed.
The RP house occupies a plot with a total area of 1,578.65 sqm, located on plot 75 in Casal de Cabanas, in Barcarena, Oeiras. Access by car to the interior of the plot is made at the East via Avenida Casal de Cabanas, through an access “corridor” 44.10 m long and 4.00 m wide.
The T4 typology project is characterized by a volumetric composition implanted in the land in an L shape, with 2 floors at the highest level of the land and 3 floors at the lowest level.
The deployment on the ground and the guidelines were extremely important in the spatial organization. On the 1st floor, from the main entrance facing east, there is access to a large social area consisting of two living rooms, facing south, a kitchen facing east with connection to the dining room and later to an outdoor space for the barbecue located on the terrace facing west.
The house was designed so as not to clash with the surroundings, as special care was taken in the combination of materials, with the predominant color being white and the natural color of the wood. The architecture is positioned on the ground in order to create protection for the leisure areas, namely the swimming pool, against the prevailing winds from the north quadrant and provide more thermal and acoustic comfort.
The view from the Floor (rooms) will be incredible and 360º over the golf and surrounding area.
