The rooms will be divided in a subtle and elegant way by means of microcement-coated pillars, which add a modern and sophisticated touch to the room. To maximise the area available in the living room and the passage to the outside, the shelving unit will be completely built into the wall. This will make better use of the space, freeing up the area for the living room and providing a smooth transition to the outdoor patio. In addition, access to this outdoor space will be via an opening with three folding leaves. Two separate levels will be created, the higher of which will house a small swimming pool that can be covered by a sliding platform. The entire space will be covered with ceramic decking, with a view to ease of maintenance.
