We started with a very special and emblematic project! This apartment is housed in one of the two most exclusive and well-known residential buildings in Lisbon, perhaps from all over the country: the São Rafael Tower, in Parque das Nações. It also has a breathtaking view over Tejo river called Mar da Palha, which in itself would be a fabulous decoration, but this project has given it a new dimension of luxury and exclusivity.
One might think the house would be fabulous before this remodeling project, but a house is never a real home if it is not to our liking. And let us not forget that time goes by, bringing with it damage and downgrading, even in upscale buildings!
The project made a deep remodeling of the spaces and their configuration, changing floors and coverings, changing access points, among other changes.
The stairs we see in the image were installed in this rejuvenation operation. Its curl configuration adds movement to the composition, leaving even more breadth to the living room space on the first floor.
White painted on most walls, white silestone on the floor, minimalism in shades to give primacy to the shape… A chromatic uniformity that is the perfect base to highlight dark, modern and refined furniture from the best national and international brands.
Open bookcases are a great idea for separating spaces without cutting visual continuity. In this case the bookcase establishes a specific area for the living room, creating a separated but simultaneously integrated corner, improving the enjoyment of the space as a whole.
To create the workspace at home, we used the same strategy of dividing without compartmentalizing, preserving intact the wonderful amplitude of the first floor of this apartment, privileging the contemplation of the comprehensive view of the surroundings.
Now we peek into the most private areas. Who has never been curious to find out what lies beyond the mirrored surfaces of these buildings?
Minimalist in tone, modern in style, seductive at its core. This is not just a suite, it is a room worthy of contemporary royalty!
We can comment on each of the charming little details, the niches at the head, the inviting chaise longues, the mirror that makes everything even brighter or the original wall decoration… But the picture is worth a thousand words, let us be seduced!
A world apart, fully customized to its users. Dedicated to beauty and vanity, this closet fills the dreams of anyone who values this type of room.
We can’t resist coming down the stairs to take a last parting look at this magnificent apartment with its breathtaking living room, full of design and artwork.
A very special television stand, because great solutions are born of ingenuity and need!
